Here is a little secret that can keep you looking young well into your old age. During the day, toxins and debris get on your face from the pollution the floats in the air in our city environments. Every night you should cleanse before going to sleep. Get those toxins off of your face. Then, apply a night time cream to help your skin rejuvenate.
Cleansing and applying cream before you go to sleep should be a part of your bedtime routine, right along with brushing your teeth. Do this every day to help promote a healthy youthful appearance.
